Structural design & certification

Our Structural Engineers are Certifiers of Design and have extensive experience in the structural design of domestic, commercial and industrial projects. These vary from small scale domestic extensions and new builds through to large scale commercial office buildings and educational establishments such as schools and nursery environments. Being registered Certifiers of Structural Design we can provide S.E.R. Certificates for a wide range of projects requiring Building Regulation approval.

Civil infrastructure design

With a track record in the design of civil infrastructure projects we can help provide concept, outline, detailed or temporary works designs. Many of our projects are engaged directly by contractors on a design and construct basis where we offer multi disciplined, coordinated and fully modelled BIM compliant designs tailored to our clients needs. As designers for a flood mitigation scheme, our designers are proud to have been part of the team that were awarded The Green Apple award for sustainability and construction innovation.

Construction and Design
Management

Beyond providing an Engineering advisory service we can support your project through fulfilling the role of Principle Designer through to compiling project specifications, construction management plans, temporary works coordination and temporary work schemes. We can also help you compile your tender documents along with the tender selection and project management process to suit the right contract arrangement.

Corebrook Engineering Limited was formed in 2020 as a fresh engineering consultancy for the domestic, residential, commercial and industrial sectors. Although a fresh new consultancy, Corebrook has many years of design and construction experience.

We are also pleaseed to announe that in April 2024, Corebrook Engineering amalgamated with CRA Alloa to bring together two teams into one.

RAAC (Reinforced autoclaved aerated concrete)
Structural surveys and inspections

There has been an increased reporting attention to the presence of RAAC (reinforced autoclaved aerated concrete) slabs within public and private buildings through the UK. Corebrook Engineering have a long experience for the inspection and testing for RAAC through Scotland, and are working with many Clients in developing a temporary and permanent strategy where RAAC has been identified.
